Bill Capps

As Barbizon's Senior Designer for Studio Applications, Mr. Capps specializes in the integration of lighting and rigging systems for broadcast television applications. His responsibilities include project management and detail level integration of turn-key lighting systems for sophisticated network production facilities. A graduate of Emerson College's School of Mass Communications and accomplished CAD draftsman, Mr. Capps was instrumental in the founding of Barbizon Systems in 1982.

Mr. Capps concentrates on the design, integration, sale, and project management of lighting and rigging installations for network-level production and broadcast studios. He has applied his expertise as lead Systems Integrator for countless broadcasting facilities throughout the United States, including the flagship ABC broadcasting studios, Capital Cities in New York, Georgia Public Television's studio complex in Atlanta, and both ESPN's and Martha Stewart Living TV's studios in Connecticut.

As a key member of facility planning and consulting teams, Mr. Capps has experience in virtually all areas of private and public broadcasting and actively participates in industry conferences and seminars on new technology for the broadcasting industry.
