12" x 18" Artificial Silk is used to control or manipulate light falling on certain areas of the set or subject. It can be used to soften or reduce light without a noticeable edge. The frames are black powder coated to minimize unwanted reflections. A color coded binding is used around the frame to identify the fabric. Artificial Silk offers the most diffusion at a light loss of 1.6 stops with a significant amount of ambient bounce.
