The Southeastern Theatre Conference was held in Atlanta, GA on March 7-11. SETC saw an amazing turnout with over 700 on-site registrations and a total of well over 4,000 attendees. The exhibit hall was sold out and buzzing with excitement. The Barbizon booth showed the latest from Selador (x7 and x7 Extreme LED fixtures), Wybron (Nexera Wash and Profile Fixtures), and Ocean Optics (Sea Changer Extreme Green color mixer). Right across the aisle from us was ETC with their new Congo, Jr. and Eos consoles along with demonstrations of their Enhanced Definition Lens Tubes. Selecon was there with their Pacific range of fixtures as well as the Rama, Acclaim, and Entech, who they share warehouse space with in Maryland. Rosco made a showing of their High Definition glass gobos and Litepad and Apollo was there with their new Right Arm fixture mover. And who could leave out an appearance by Steve Shelley and Fred Allen of Field Template? There were many publishers, rental houses, costumers, sound companies and tour companies in attendance as well. It was great seeing all our customers and meeting new ones.
