It's fall and that must mean one thing. A lot of the industry will be taking its annual sojourn to the LDI Show. LDI is returning to Las Vegas again this year and is scheduled for November 21-24th.Barbizon will be exhibiting on the floor of the show in booth 1069 and our own John Gebbie and Tobin Neis along with lighting designer John Gates will be presenting a session on Friday 11/22 from 3:30-5:00pm entitled "Practical Considerations When Starting New or Upgrading to Energy Efficient Lighting".Attendees to the session will be eligible for .75 ETCP Renewal Credits.If you ...

20 years ago on a mid-October day Barbizon Atlanta opened our doors to provide the southeast with a local source for the latest in production equipment for theater, television, film, themed-environments and architecture.Join us Thursday, October 17th at our offices to celebrate our 20th year in business here in Atlanta. NAB is a huge show. 93 thousand people converged on the Las Vegas Convention center to see the latest in all things broadcast / content creation. Barbizon annually exhibits in the central hall in the acquisition area and we have multiple education sessions over the course of the first three days. All were well attended. John Gates, Jim Sippel and John Gebbie spoke on hot-button topics that included LED lighting, tungsten vs. daylight, and Chromakey lighting.
